Ants on a log is an original kid-favorite. This updated version features dried tart cherries instead of raisins, but you can try dried cranberries or dates. If your kids are daring -- or allergic to peanuts -- substitute soy nut, sunflower, almond or cashew butter for peanut butter.
Makes 1 serving (3 logs)
Ingredients
Three 3-inch celery sticks
2 tablespoons peanut butter (or other nut butter)
2 tablespoons dried tart cherries
Directions
1. Spread nut butter on celery sticks.
2. Top with dried fruit.
